PyroPure^® process

The PyroPure^® process is an automatic computer controlled batch process involving warm up, pyrolysis, gasification, cool down.

The waste is destroyed in 3 stages

* Controlled pyrolysis
* Heated air injection
* Steam flush and sterilization

The residue of ash and 'clean' gas are flushed separately into the sewer system in the final steam injection stage.

Key features of the PyroPure^® process

Simple installation - it only requires connection to flue water, electricity and sewer systems
Clean - Any gas from the process is filtered by water scrubbing and catalytic conversion
Quiet - It is a a quiet, sealed process with no indoor emissions
Recycling -Any glass or metal inadvertently put into the system is not destroyed and can be taken for recycling after going through the process
Efficient - The process requires suprisingly little water and can produce clean hot water

The PYROPURE® technology, both in its fundamental form and also including technology developments to date, is protected via patents and patent applications internationally, specifically by UK patent number 2441700 granted on 15 September 2010, International patent applications numbers PCT/GB2007/000853, PCT/GB2008/004203, PCT/GB2009/002939 and PCT/EP2010/063822 and corresponding patents and applications in Australia, Canada, China, Europe, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, USA and Vietnam.  PYROPURE is registered in the United Kingdom as trade mark number 2414021 with corresponding trade mark applications and registrations in Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, European Community, India, Japan, Malaysia, Oman, Singapore and the USA.
